AGE:  In order to be able to attend the EquinePacifica  7Day Retreat you must be 18 years of age or older.

MOTIVE:  Its also extremely important that you are deeply attracted to horses. EquinePacifica is dedicated to populating the world with people who are committed to caring for the welfare of horses and not just looking for “any old”  job or career.

HORSE EXPERIENCE:  It is MUCH to your advantage to have prior experience with horses.  However, we do accept students who have no prior horse experience; upon a positive phone consultation. Please understand there are NO basic horsemanship skills taught at the 7Day Retreat. We just don’t have the time, as much as we would truly love to include it.

FEES: $5,850 USD    This includes:

  • 7 nights lodging: Saturday night prior to class start Sunday through class dismissal Friday
  • 16 chef prepared organic meals (gluten free and vegetarian friendly)  from brunch on Sunday through lunch on Friday…you will NOT go hungry
  • Continual tasty and healthy snacks and drinks to keep you full and focused
  • Up close and personal hands on instruction
  •  Spiral bound workbook
  • Daily yoga and meditation
  • Phenomenal guest speakers and demos
  • A one hour thai/shiatsu massage provided by San Diego’s finest state licensed therapists
  • All transportation to and from barns Sunday through Friday
  • Multiple gifts and other awesome goodies!

DEPOSIT:   To secure a place in the 2017 7Day Retreat October 8-14   a non refundable deposit of $500.00 USD  is required.  This deposit goes toward the cost of total fee.  We accept personal checks, money orders, PayPal, Venmo, SquareCash. All associated percentage fees will be incurred by the student. 

CLASS SIZE:   A total of six participants will be needed in order to run the class. Total class size is 6 participants.  All deposits and payments will be refunded should we not meet the required 6 participants by the close date.

CLOSE DATE:   All participants must be registered and paid in full with all methods of  payment CLEARING – 45 DAYS PRIOR TO day ONE of the class for which you are registered . No exceptions.

IF you cancel anytime after you have paid in full AFTER THE CLOSE DATE there are no refunds, UNLESS we are able to fill your spot. And we diligently will attempt to get that spot filled. Once the new attendee has paid in full, you will be refunded minus the $500. non-refundable deposit.

WAIT LIST:   Yes sirree Bob, occasionally we have a wait list for the 7Day Retreat.
Maximum attendance is 6 participants. It is highly recommended you reserve your space ASAP. Please call for class availability and if it’s full ,we  encourage you to put your name on the wait list. It’s on a first come, first served basis. You will be notified asap of an open spot.


REGISTRATION:  Since we keep our classes small and personal, we really like to get to know those who are interested in our school right from the “get go”.  If you would like to register just give us a call so we can connect and get to know you a bit. Only those applicants who have had phone interviews will be eligible applicants.
